While both of his parents died when he was young, he plunged into sadness and almost didn’t finish secondary school, according to the man. But now that he is in one of the best universities in the world, he is overjoyed.

The following is the man’s Facebook post:

“I lost both parents when I was between 10 and 19 years old.” I was on the verge of dropping out of secondary school.

Today, though, I am enrolled in a program that is ranked #1 in the world and at one of the greatest universities in the world. Working at the same university and in the same department is incredible!

I’ve always been drawn to occupations that allow me to help people since I was a child. Now that I’m 29, I’m even more dedicated than I’ve ever been”.

Looking back, it all makes sense, and I’m looking forward to the rest of the voyage and the future.

I’m excited for the next chapter, and I appreciate everyone who has helped me along the way.

“My journey has been entirely dependent on God”.
