Recall that a few weeks ago, we shared an update regarding Npower payment status payment paid but not credited.
To further assist Npower beneficiaries with payment issues, Nasims has reminded all concerned to take the following actions.
1) kindly visit your bank for confirmation of your account being credited without receiving an alert
2) And if the money truly didn’t drop, obtain a statement of account and lodge a detailed complaint to that effect to this email address [email protected] for appropriate action.

Please this instruction should be given strict adherence, according to Nasims and also wait for two or three after your first complaint if they did not respond before you send another complaint, this might die to a large number of people
