Poem 1- Who Will Comprehend?
This is a cut in my heart
Who will hear my voice when I call?
For this story is strange
It was never envisaged
Each day; fresh tears, yet no one can comprehend!
Poem 2 – End Of A Matter
The puzzle is yet to be understood
How an iroko tree was cut down
There was no alarm nor use of any tool
Now there is shock in the town
Oh! What an end of a matter!
Poem 3 – Troubled Soul
No matter how we pretend
Reality will always speak loud
But why should it be my reality?
Why were these decisions mine?
Oh Father! Save a weary soul.
